Dextrin-VS is a homo-multifunctional reagent with thiol reactive vinylsulfone groups. VS group selectively reacts with free thiol, SH, sulfhydryl or mercapto groups. Dextrin-VS can be used as hydrogel components or crosslinkers for PEGylation of proteins and peptides, nanoparticle and so on.
