Polysaccharide GG Hydrogel is a network of polymer chains of naturally derived polysaccharides, which are highly hydrophilic and can form gels through increasing concentration, adding cationic crosslinking agent, or adding certain natural proteins. This hydrogel series are highly absorbent (they can contain over 98% water). Hydrogels also possess a degree of flexibility very similar to natural tissue, due to their significant water content. The stiffness of this series of hydrogels can be adjusted according to the application.
